“Lord, I come before You completely inadequate. I lack the ability to communicate Your message of life, mercy, and love well, and I lack the ability to hear it well. I am blinded by the relentless propaganda of this culture of death that pretends to love children, women, and men while sacrificing our youngest, weakest, and most vulnerable on the altar of our convenience.
The evil one, the one you called a murderer and liar, has lied to cover his murders, and I have bought into his lies. I ask You to break through my own selfishness, to see beyond the secularism which prevents me from becoming who You call me to be. Heal my heart and help me to love the way You love: freely, totally, fruitfully, faithfully without measure. God, help me to put on spiritual armor and to use the sword of the Spirit, Your Word, to fight the darkness that Whispers lies into my ears. I pray that by Your grace, I hear the truth and that the truth will set me free…
Free to be fully alive in You, free to experience Your forgiveness, Your grace, and Your blessings. Father, heal our culture. Use me as Your instrument to bring forth the Gospel of Life in my family, my school, among my friends and peers, and in my city. Send me Your Holy Spirit throughout this Boot Camp. Light my heart on fire with Your love. I pray this in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Amen.”
